Marrakech → Agadir

There is no train to Agadir. Agadir is not on Morocco's passenger rail network, and the only railway there serves the cement freight line, so any train ticket you find will put you on a coach for the final stretch. That leaves the coach, which runs from a terminal beside Marrakech railway station and takes about 3h30, or a private transfer covering the 260 km in about 3 hours from your door to your hotel. The transfer carries surfboards and oversized luggage at no extra charge, drops you at your Agadir or Taghazout address rather than a bus terminal, and leaves whenever suits you.
